Like drivers who must only enter yellow junction box when a clear path forward is evident, employees need transparent objectives, and the essesntial relevant information and the assurance of feasible goals to proceed effectively. Unfortunately, some managers, driven by the urgency of deadlines, will naturally pressure their teams to advance even without clear exits, akin to start working on the project without certaintieis around dependencies. When the reckless move causeds "traffic congestion", i.e., "projects stall", "rework"; the manager blames the employee for lack of situation awareness. This not only fosters a toxic work environment but also stymies the growth and morale of the team. Managers must remember that leadership involves guiding with foresight and responsibility, not rushing through at the cost of their team's well-being.

In the pursuit of duty, measuring our actions often succumbs to the biases of perception and expectation. Just as a physical ruler can warp under strain, so too can our judgment bend, making the diligent appear flawed as they inevitably make more mistakes due to their greater efforts. Yet, the path to excellence demands resilience against these skewed metrics. Let us commit to our responsibilities with highest level of integrity and exellence. Not to be affected too quickly by the biases of those who validate us. Try to be non-bias for a moment, take some space and time to ingest the validation. An unforeseen event turning into a protracted crisis demands numerous laborious hours spread over weeks. Yet, such saga can be beneficial if approached with serenity and a mindset oriented towards learning. Such situations, while challenging, provide invaluable opportunities to cultivate resilience, enhance problem-solving skills, and reinforce team cohesion. Embracing these experiences calmly and positively, appreciate it is a team sport, allows us to extract profound lessons from the adversity, ultimately enriching our professional and personal growth and lasting friendship.

Panic attacks often stem from the brain's primal response to perceived threats or real fear of something (i.e., loss of something very dear...) and our body's alarm system fires up and overwhelming bout of uncontrolled reflexes. Recognizing panic attacks as a natural body signal rather than a weakness (sickness) is to be fair to ourselves. If it is a perceived threat, we just need learn to overcome it with well-used methods. (i.e., a hug would do, if not cry it out loud). Otherwise, we have to live through the darkest moment in our life - couragely and self-lovingly.
